I provide services to clients of all backgrounds regardless of gender, culture, race, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. I also specialize in working with the following communities and lifestyles: *LGBTQ+ *Non-binary gender identities *Polyamory and non-monogamous relationships *Sex positive subcultures and communities Typical sessions in my practice include EMDR therapy in combination with two or more other approaches, such as mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy or relationship therapy. I encourage clients to participate in intensive psychotherapy sessions, which are sessions that are longer than the traditional therapy hour (ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours at my practice). Due to the focused nature of intensive sessions, they are more efficient and effective than the traditional one-hour format.
