I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor, and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, I am a BACP member with with 19 years of experience. EMDR approach requires less discussion and can accelerate the process of healing, it can be used stand-alone or as part of Integrative therapy I have extensive experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addictions, eating disorders, phobias, insomnia, and stress. The therapeutic relationship is most important, through active listening and focus always on my client's individual needs, I provide the safe space that allows therapy to work successfully. I will help you to relate to the past in a new way and release the emotional charge that prevents you from getting on with your life. Fortunately, online EMDR is very effective.
