As an experienced and continually improving Clinician, my work has included a wide range of client populations from children, youth, young adults in the college setting, adults in crisis, elders, families in crisis, persons with developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, those recovering from sexual offending and victims of sexual abuse and various traumas. I bring a focus on resiliency, strengths training, feedback informed, trauma-informed and holistic care for the mind, body and spirit to my work. Taking the approach that every ‘crisis’ is really an opportunity for growth and change; I partner with my clients to to provide a safe and cacaring environment that allows them to challenge and change their thinking, behavior, and habits in a way that makes sense to them. Through years of experience I have become skilled in many evidenced based treatment approaches (CBT, RET, SFBT, Mindfulness-DBT, Motivational Interviewing)
