Seeking a therapist is not always easy, BUT this is the first step towards addressing your concerns... and it is a very courageous one. I believe in addressing behaviors and concerns through subconscious and unconscious processing. Resilience Therapy takes a person centered approach to guide and empower your desires and commitment to change. Depending on the concern, we may utilize EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, solution focused, or motivational interviewing to meet your goal(s). I have experience working with various concerns from self-esteem to anxiety to anger management to trauma.
