I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor located in Brunswick, Maine, providing counseling to adults for trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and PTSD. I have training in Solution Focused Brief Treatment from the Brief Family Therapy Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and have been using this model in my work since 1990. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a level II therapist, and in other trauma treatment methods. I have been working in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health since 1970. I earned an MA in Psychology and Counseling from Assumption College in 1973 and an MS in Management from Antioch University in 1986. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP).
