I am dually licensed in North Dakota as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, Seeking Safety, and DBT. I specialize in supporting children and adolescents (8-18) and adults (18+) with trauma and/or grief related issues. My life journey has been more of a winding path than a straight line. Born in Southern California, I've lived in Colorado, Washington, Wyoming, Texas, and now North Dakota. This diverse background has taught me to embrace different communities, appreciate both rural and urban life, and understand that our shared humanity transcends geographical boundaries.
