No matter what struggles one's past might hold, I believe all people have the power to improve their lives once they gain insight and skills through therapy. While I have worked successfully with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, I specialize in helping people who are interested in overcoming symptoms related to trauma and anxiety. EMDR therapy is proven to be a much faster and highly effective approach to addressing these concerns. I often start by helping clients develop a deeper understanding of their symptoms and the potential roots of their concerns while implementing strategies to target specific symptoms. It's important to me that my clients always feel in control and respected while we work together to achieve lasting change in a safe and open environment.
