I specialize in working with people who have a been through a lot... from childhood and into adulthood. Presently, this may look like: perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, never feeling satisfied, inability to relax, quick to respond emotionally, family/relationship struggles, etc. With that being said, something to know about my approach is the importance I place on autonomy. I view my role as a supportive presence that walks with you on your healing journey. Believing that you know yourself best, I encourage the discovery of the empowered version of YOU that is within. Together, we will explore the goals that you have for therapy, as well as discuss any presenting factors (past and present) that have disrupted or halted progress towards such goals. We will then collaborate on a plan that is unique to your needs, and get to the root :)
