In private practice since 2018, I have extensive experience in community social work for over 25yrs that has shaped my approach and clinical interests. I specialize in attachment focused trauma work with adults, working with chronic anxiety and PTSD. I am certified in EMDR and trained in AEDP (level 1), as well as take a parts informed approach with those I work with. I offer in person and remote sessions.
