You want to work on hurt and personal growth. I am here to work with you. Together, we can work on your individual wants and needs, life transitions, and social dynamics through EMDR and other therapies that work with EMDR. I work with adults, teens 15+ and fluid families. I consider client's individual needs, their cultural background, and their influential relationships through an unbiased third-party perspective. My focus is mainly anxiety, depression, bipolar 1 & 2, neurodiversity, grief, and PTSD/ trauma. Growth can be scary and uncomfortable, but together, we can define and work towards your personal goals.
