I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety with a special interest in serving survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and sexual violence. My approach is down to earth, practical, empathetic, and supportive. I love to laugh with my clients and am unafraid to go deeply into the difficult parts of your life with you. I am inquisitive, thoughtful, and grounded. Together we will explore the links between past and present to discover and release painful patterns and old memories that keep you stuck.
