Lauren is a mental health therapist who has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults to support hope and healing during challenging times. She considers her clients to be the experts in their lives and approaches therapy as a team experience. Her experience includes working as a Licensed School Counselor for 16 years and as an individual and group therapist for children and adults. She utilizes the theoretical foundations of Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Trauma Therapy, with an underlying focus on mind/body integration. Lauren works with a variety of issues including school or social skills-related issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
