I am an EMDRIA approved consultant and EMDR clinician. Through EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and relational approaches, I help clients get to the root of their struggles, heal core beliefs, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in EMDR, trauma recovery, and couples therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and the effects of past experiences.
