I am trained and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have completed several trauma-focused trainings: CBT for PTSD therapy, Daniel Siegel’s Interpersonal Neurobiology and Mindsight (IPNB) and Francine Shapiro’s Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
