I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an emphasis on attachment-focused EMDR in the treatment of trauma. I use various therapeutic techniques to help you process and release what is holding you back from living a happy and fulfilling life. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships where you are heard, understood, and respected, helping you feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal. I am working with clients experiencing PTSD, major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder and advocate for anyone who is experiencing mental health issues. I firmly believe that we should all have the freedom to love whoever we want and express our sexuality in whichever way we feel most comfortable. I'm proud to support the LGBTQ+, sex-positive, polyamorous, and non-monogamy communities and see sexuality as an important part of life that should be fun for everyone.
