The most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship is for their to be a sense of trust between client and therapist, I do my best to foster a genuine healing relationship with all of my clients. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and loneliness. How can we get you from where you are to where you want to be? I do my best to help make it happen. It starts with belief, do you truly believe progress can happen? I often start there. People have been stuck for so long they forget that they can change. Let's work together and get you where you want to be. I have experience working with panic attacks, depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I use a combination of CBT, mindfulness and EMDR. Furthermore, I also sometimes look at dreams and the unconscious to try and get some windows into what's going on. Ultimately, therapy is collaborative, so we will work as a team towards progress. I am kind and patient, and do my best to create a safe space for all of my clients.
