Hi, I am an Integrative Therapist working since 2008 in this role, and as an EMDR therapist since 2017. I am accredited by the EMDR association and the BACP. I have trained in Attachment informed EMDR and have been working online since 2020. I offer a free 20 minute video call to discuss your needs .I offer a warm, compassionate approach and want to help you find ways to resolve the issues affecting you.
