I know because I’ve been there and I wanna help you. Starting with a new counselor is extremely difficult. I always tell clients that counseling is like a pair of jeans. If they don’t fit right, it will be uncomfortable. I use audio and video based treatment to reduce the impact of adverse life experience to help busy survivors let go of the past and trive in the future.
