My experience as a licensed therapist, nurse and midwife, has provided me the unique perspective and understanding of the needs of the Whole Individual and how thoughts and beliefs impact us physically, emotionally and psychologically. My intention is to support and guide clients as they explore and resolve their challenges. Together, we can work through feelings of confusion, insecurity and fear associated with individual and relationship transitions, crisis events and professional, physical and emotional challenges.
