I work with people from age 5-85 specializing as a certified EMDR therapist, consultant and facilitator. My philosophy is that all psychological symptoms are a result of unresolved trauma. As much as my practice is a general practice, other specializations include psychodynamic, attachment, and dissociation. I am a chef, a life long student of literature and a world traveler. All of these aspects of my life contribute to my greater understanding of humanity and people as individuals.
