My approach is holistic, with an awareness of cultural and systemic impacts on mental health. My goal in treatment is to help individuals find more effective ways to live healthier, happier, and more successful lives. What this looks like for each person depends on individualized treatment goals. I tailor my treatment approach to the unique needs and strengths of each person. Among my specialties is the treatment of anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, depression etc… I use insight-based talk therapy, hypnotherapy, brainspotting, behavioral modification and EMDR. We will work together to integrate your experiences that need healing and/or understanding. I believe that the therapeutic process can impact your ability to grow, heal, and reach your full potential by listening and working with you. This will help to discover and enhance your strengths and skills in the process of transforming your life into one you enjoy.
