I am a clinical psychologist with 15+ years of experience treating patients in a variety of settings. I believe that we all have resilience within us, and I work to first build a strong therapeutic alliance with my patients, as trust and safety are the foundation needed to foster healing. While I work primarily within a psychodynamic framework, I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, tailoring each treatment plan to my patients' needs.
