Currently, I hold my Clinical Mental Health Counselor’s license and a provisional Clinical Addictions Specialist license, with the state of North Carolina. I have been practicing for over 7 years. I am a certified Life Coach through training at Liberty University and a certified Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I hail from an extensive military background as the daughter of a veteran, wife of a veteran, and as a proud veteran myself, of the United States Army. I actively embrace culturally diverse populations. A typical therapy session would include the implementation of psycho-education, role-playing, social skills, conflict resolution management, healthy coping skills, grounding skills, and problem-solving skills, along with the development of self-awareness, critical thinking, or effective communication techniques. I inspire all clients to take an active role in their growing/healing process. I look forward to working together on journey to living a purposeful, victorious life.
