My life's work is focused on helping you find peace and increase your resilience after trauma and loss. Together we can improve your life, well being and relationships. I use a fusion of cutting edge treatment modalities based on up to date research on the body, mind, brain and nervous system and a deeply intuitive therapeutic connection to guide our work. In addition to my training as a psychotherapist I also am an EMDR provider and have training as a Mental Health Integrative Provider which allows me to support my clients in pursuing nutritional and complimentary modalities of healing. I would love to help you begin to live at peace in the present, be excited about your future, and fully understand your past in a whole new way. I have been providing therapy in Placer County for almost 15 years, proudly serving the communities of Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay and beyond. Now I am happy to provide services online for all residents of California.
