Violeta A. Donawa LMSW, MA (she/ her) is the CEO and Clinical Director of Notice That! Therapy PLLC where she provides individual trauma therapy and partners with mission-driven organizations providing EMDR-informed group healing circles to local leaders who shape the lives of children. She is a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified EMDR Therapist through the EMDR International Association. Mrs. Donawa is known for incorporating the relationship between systems of power and social justice on mental health outcomes of BIPOC communities. As a clinician, her treatment specializations are complex trauma, PTSD, Perinatal Mood Disorders, and racial stress helping clients reclaim a sense of safety and belonging in their bodies.
