With almost 20 years of experience in Mental Health, I use EMDR and other approaches to help you resolve relationship problems, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, life transition issues, and other roadblocks that are getting in the way of the life you want to live. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based method for treating past traumatic events, current emotional triggers, and future fears so that you can feel empowered to make rational and healthy choices that are aligned with your values. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I tailor therapy to individual needs, drawing from evidence-based methods like EMDR to help process past experiences and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
