Hi, Queer, neurodivergent, kinky, polyamorous, immigrant, disabled, too loud, too much, or never enough, whoever you are, you belong in this space. Perhaps you carry grief that did not start with you, shame that was never yours, or a lifelong sense of not quite fitting in. Perhaps you have learned to shrink yourself, to take up less space, to make others more comfortable. In therapy with me, you do not need to explain or defend who you are. This is a space where every part of you, even the ones you have hidden, silenced, or been told to erase, is invited to breathe again. Together, we will make room for what hurts & for what heals. My style is collaborative & relational. I do not sit back in silence. I show up with you. Together, we make sense of what hurts and create space for what heals. I work w/ individuals & partners navigating trauma incl. incest & childhood sexual abuse, identity, burnout, & life transitions. I am open to all identities, backgrounds, & relationship structures.
