Hello, glad you are here! A little bit about me: I graduated in 2015 from Ferris State University with a Masters of Clinical Social Work. Over the years I have been in solo and group private practice and greatly enjoy the work. Something I'm proud of that has contributed to client success is becoming EMDR certified in 2022 through EMDRIA. Let's work as a team with you as the expert of yourself and myself as the expert of the tools needed to make change happen. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness to achieve client goals. The environment I like to create in a session is one is which the client feels safe, understood, and empowered. The therapeutic relationship is incredibly powerful and my hope is that together we can define realistic goals and make meaningful change in your life.
