Hi! My name is Claire Pichel and I am happy you are here. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and start looking for a therapist, and I respect that. My experience includes working with a wide range of clients, including those who suffer from anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and chronic health issues, as well as mothers who are facing postpartum depression or pregnancy loss. My time as a medical social worker and as an individual therapist have helped me develop deep empathy and respect for my clients’ specific challenges. I am trained in CBT, MI, ACT, grief and loss, EMDR and I have an MA in Somatic Psychology. I am a certified Narcissistic Abuse Therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health counselor. I work to create a warm, safe space so we can build trust, and you feel heard and seen.
