Welcome! I enjoy working with clients of all ages and primarily focus on healing from old (or new) emotional wounds. I am particularly passionate about maternal/paternal mental health and helping to break cycles of intergenerational trauma. I value supporting people with their transitions to and through parenthood. I also believe that unhealed wounds can make these transitions even more emotionally challenging than they are to begin with. I would love the opportunity to journey with you into a deeper understanding of yourself, and to help you heal so that you are able to show up as your best and most authentic self. I am passionate about trauma treatment and I believe in healing through corrective experiences. I prefer to use EMDR and Experiential Therapy, including Psychodrama, and can use these treatment modalities in virtual sessions as well. I am currently only available to meet virtually.
