I specialize in individual therapy for adults. I am a EMDR therapist, so we can work through past challenges or traumas you may have experienced in your life. I also have experience working with substance abuse and addiction. In my role as a therapist, I believe it is my job to help the individual find their potential, and tap into the resilience I know we all possess. I help my clients learn and implement the tools they need to achieve their goals. Aside from EMDR my therapeutic approaches are CBT, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic. I also support exercise as a self-care practice due to the mental, emotional, and physical benefits. Through therapy and our work together, you can regain control over your life, by developing the ability to overcome once challenging obstacles.
