I am a Black queer, nonbinary licensed therapist and certified holistic life coach and mind/body practitioner. I specialize in complex trauma, attachment trauma, developmental wounds, intergenerational trauma, PTSD/cPTSD, racial/identity-based trauma, gender-based violence, dissociation, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. My practice incorporates body-based and talk-based therapy to heal trauma and the manifestations of trauma, integrating Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR) Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET). My approach is deeply rooted in an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, decolonized, intersectional, and trauma-informed framework.
