I have been providing EMDR in person since 2015 and virtually since 2020. I believe EMDR helps clients who feel stuck, feel overwhelmed, or desire to dig deeper into body sensation cues. I believe every client has what it takes inside them to heal, my role is to provide a safe environment and resources to do so.
