My Name is Stacy Wright and I have been a practicing therapist for over twenty years. Since I began this career in 2000, my professional goal has been to help people who are struggling in life and do what I can in order to make that struggle easier. Since becoming a practitioner of EMDR and knowing how effective it is, I have seen a visible difference, not just easing that struggle, but thriving in life. As a clinician, I focus on the person as a whole. both the emotional issues that are causing the stress and the medical issues that may be a result of that stress. I believe that aside from the EMDR therapy, additional tools for handling stress and maintaining an emotionally and physically healthy lifestyle. I am an open accepting ally of the LGBTQ community, I have experience working with individuals in a wide variety of gender, ethnic and religious groups. My goal as a therapist is to create a secure place for people who need one hour that is just theirs.
