I welcome you to a safe, non-judgmental, trusting environment where I provide therapy with competency and compassion to help you improve the quality of your life. My focus in therapy is to explore areas that have caused you pain and suffering and help you to achieve greater self-awareness and personal growth. Through a highly collaborative approach we will work together to find answers for you. My special areas of interest are working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, various forms of trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors’ and psychosis. I use a variety of techniques with my clients to help them on their journey of healing including EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). With EMDR therapy it is possible to heal from your trauma and put it in the past where it belongs. You can experience peaceful sleep, a sense of calmness, control, and happiness again. You can reclaim your life!
