Erin is a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, sex & relationship specialist, & Certified Fair Play Facilitator with over 10 years experience helping individuals and couples thrive in life and love. Erin is expertly equipped to help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of trauma, sexuality, relationships, and faith. Erin provides short-term therapy and coaching grounded in the neurobiology of stress, trauma, and relationships. As a true specialist, Erin keeps her practice small and focused to provide the best possible care for her clients emotional and relational wellness.
