I’m a registered psychologist with a passion for assisting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, grief, loss, and relationship issues. I have a background working in drug and alcohol counselling and has a special interest in supporting clients with addiction. I use a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies and have specialised training in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for survivors of trauma. I love building collaborative, genuine, and honest therapeutic relationships with clients. I welcome the same approach from clients – including honest, open feedback, and the exploration of differences in point of view between therapist and client. I see clients for therapy aged 12 and above, and provide psychological assessments for people across the whole lifespan. When I’m not at work, I enjoy learning about the highs and lows of fatherhood (the hard way) from my two young daughters. I’m a keen scuba diver, which provide
