I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health and addictions fields. My specialties are mood disorders, addictions, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have practiced EMDR since 2005 and love to witness the way EMDR transforms lives. I am an interactive, engaged therapist who loves to problem-solve with my clients using practical skills-based therapy. I use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
