Hi. I'm Tracy of Tracy Hermanson Therapy. I specialize in EMDR therapy, primarily working with those whose interpersonal and intimate relationships have affected them greatly--to the point of feeling anxious, depressed, even traumatized. Many of the people I see are survivors of Narcissistic Abuse and are ready to move forward from the pain of that experience. I also use my EMDR skills to help people with other needs, such as generalized anxiety, depression, other traumas, OCD. EMDR is a widely respected and useful protocol that helps in many, many situations. My practice is both face-to-face in a cozy, comfortable office and virtual.
