Hello. Thank you for making time to read this. If you have tried different counselors with no success, or have been afraid to tell anyone what it's like to lose time, or have nightmares from memories, or are highly sensitive to noise or being startled, or have some parts that are timid and some that are bossy, I'd like to help you if you'd let me. I've been a minister of counseling, and a trauma counselor for over 40 years. My experience includes being embedded with sailors and soldiers, supervising counselors at disasters with the American Red Cross, coaching executives in government and private corporations. My teachers include Terry Real, Dan Siegel, R.D. Laing, Deany Laliotis, Michael Bungay-Stanger, Seth Godin, Sam Harris, and Elaine Aaron.
