I am a psychologist and substance abuse specialist. With compassion and caring, we can work together to decrease your symptoms of distress. In both my professional and personal life, I believe in looking at strengths and view people as doing their best in any given moment. As such, I look at the whole person and we work together to decide how to create a plan of action. I specialize in EMDR treatment, not only for people with PTSD symptoms, but those who are looking to minimize substance abuse cravings and people with other mental health symptoms. EMDR is a treatment with a beginning and an end. Therefore, my approach is to meet as many times per week as a client’s schedule allows, so improvement is seen quickly.
