Hi, my name is Jenée (she/her). I’m a therapist who works with adult and TAY age populations. I have specialized training as well as both personal and professional experience with supporting first responders and military personnel. I work with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, co-occurring/dual diagnosis, chemical dependency and trauma/complex trauma. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, are able to express your authentic self, and are able to take time to process your experiences. My hope is to assist you in identifying your values while helping you to move toward them in the midst of your personal experiences. My passion is helping my clients to identify and verbalize their experiences as they are, without invaliding their own responses, judging themselves, or participating in comparative suffering. It would be an honor to be with you during this part of your mental health journey towards a balanced and value driven life.
