I have felt the hardships of relationships, the struggles of marriage, and know the building and maintaining of a family can be overwhelming at times. I provide a safe space to explore and process those feelings. Life is messy, and what you bring in is what we work with. Being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have the skills and training to support you and your loved ones. Working with me, you will find freedom from trapped thoughts, experiences, and beliefs about yourself. I love planting seeds of hope, assisting in learning, and witnessing clients find empowerment. I'm direct and like to dive right into the work that needs to be done - My clients appreciate my ability to "tell it like it is" with care and empathy, while moving to a place of "and what are we going to do about it?" I utilize a variety of techniques, continually evaluating what approaches may be most helpful, particularly if clients feels stuck.
