I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I specialize in trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
