Whether you are struggling from issues involving anxiety or depression, relationship issues, or processing past wounds, I guide clients from a strength-based approach. I am a systems trained therapist and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
